The Firm works with its institutional and individual clients, in matters of material and institutional banking law, including the negotiation of contracts, or in litigation and arbitration, where appropriate. In the context of banking regulation, we work with clients in their relationship with banking and financial regulatory entities, particularly regarding prudential and market conduct supervision and the consequences of banking resolution for investors, members of the Board of Directors and for the actual credit institution.
We also follow the registration of entities and respective members of corporate bodies with the regulator, the issuing of financial instruments and the preparation of prospectuses.
